      Lack of support when given a task Too much politics at the top Upper-Management chooses poor middle-managment The last 6 months the job became very micromanaged.

      Pros

      Very nice, very helpful coworkers. Weekends and holidays off,decent pay.

      Cons

      The very nice very helpful coworkers are not always the ones training you. Poor communication, micromanagement of employees, general distrust and disrespect for their most experienced and intelligent people in the field.
