      Salary pay is very less. They will be keep saying that company is in loss so there is no much increment this year. Basically they are good in saying lies. Full of toxic culture,over work and no appreciation if you do good. If you are unemployment and not getting any job then only join this other wise don't waste your skills here.

      Decent pay. Has relationships with some large logos in oil & gas.

      Cons

      Leadership is directionless and in constant conflict. The work culture is very toxic with data being siloed from the various departments for no reason. Verbal abuse is normalized from the work culture in India, along with constant gas lighting and blame shifting. A lot of smoke and mirrors, very little use of useful software tools other than Excel and ChatGPT.
