      Very friendly environment Home office Everyone is helpful Good company for consultations

      You have to speak up and show your own initiatives and projects by your own will. None will say anything much if you are not given task.

      Pros

      People are great but C-level and leadership from top down is poor.

      Cons

      Don't expect amazing tools or resources. Also promotion cycles only work if you bring in a new client - which may or may not be your KPI.
