Pros
1. great location downtown sf 2. open to international employees and work sponsorship visas 3. great international projects 4. some good colleagues 5. great IT manager
Cons
1. Management does not follow what they preach (e.g. they will work from home but will not let you work from home) 2. The Management is never in the office (e.g. 2/4 senior executives make an appearance twice a year in SF, the CEO sucks up to headquarters in Germany to keep the office alive and the remaining director juggles two young children while coming into the office 3 days a week for about half a day at a time) 3. 90% of projects require German language skills. If you do not have them, you are screwed for staffing. 4. High attrition rate. Between 2013 and 2014, 7/20 full-time employees left. 5. Salary is 30% lower than market rate.
