I honestly cant say much. Profit share is put on a high pedestal that is a complete lie.
Cons
PROFIT SHARE - This is not what it is cracked up to be, you will be told "Its life changing" 1/10 people can probably attest to that. It is used as a manipulation tool, giving disciplinary if talk about means that they can try to control it even more. Expect to have Profit Share used against you if you need to take personal time. Getting EVERY pound of flesh form you that they can is how they work. Dont forget you could do a thousand things right for 364 days but make a slight mistake just before profit share and it will be held against you. STAFF RETENTION - In my two and a bit years a saw 14 staff members leave from my division of about 15 people. People very quickly wise up to the reality and low moral along with terrible management and motivation techniques drives people away. Saying "if they dont like it they can be replaced" is no way to motivate staff.
