IT people be aware of this company !! The 2/3 lead software developers are together since their first position and have no idea on how to work with other people. They're a closed group with no or little respect for other partners way of work/opinion. They have a terrible and outdated system (very old software and framework) and never worked with something else before. They expect people to go extra to make up for their lack of control on their system (failing build, failing deploy, failing QA). There is a lot of micro management as they try to avoid as much surprise as they can (as they say) and it's really a dead end position with no room for self improvement. You're ending being a resource to keep their system a float. Toxic environment, no personal enrichment and no place to grow. Avoid it
