The business culture of this company is not a thriving one. The CEO Denise Hunter has created a very disrespectful work atmosphere, where belittling and condescension reign. When she feels so inclined, she will inform you that she is "running an 8.6 million company (which is inaccurate), and doesn't have time for this." Who would want to work in environment with a supervisor such as this? Early on there were red flags that I overlooked because I wanted the opportunity to work in this industry. However, with this company it wasn't worth it. From the start, there was little to no detail provided as to my job duties. Additionally, when I requested a job description to see the parameters of my duties; one was never provided. The lack of policy and transparency makes it difficult to work for this company.
