Pros

•Pushes your limits and provides insight into the hospitality industry, especially group sales. •Her main employee, Teresa is not only super helpful but patient and kind.

Cons

•Office Space is her apartment. Disorganized, dirty and it's honestly a wonder how anyone can find anything laying around. •Negative all around environment. The pressure they put on you is unbearable even for those who work well under stress. •They guilt trip you when you tell them that you don't feel as if the job is for you. They mention how much time they have wasted training you and even go so far as to make you finish your work even after informing them you don't want to stay. •Management is completely unprofessional and it's no wonder the business hasn't evolved passed a start-up phase.

Pros

If you want to learn about hotel hospitality, this is the place for you. DLH is basically one stop shop for meeting spaces at luxury hotels thru out the country. If you like a fast pace start-up environment this is the place for you! You will definitely learn a lot.

Cons

You must be willing to learn about the hotel hospitality at a quick pace.

Pros

You learn how to get good hotel deals if you're ever in need.

Cons

You give an inch, she takes a mile and expects you to work 7am-9pm. She called me to change a symbol on a spreadsheet. I asked which. She said, "the one symbol - or just call your college friends because they might be smarter than you - you're f****** stupid."
