Pros

Great support from co-workers to work on clients, easy to request additional help with supervisors willing to do some of the tasks, and great opportunity to increase your skill sets for treatment.

Cons

Not enough staff members, no pay raises based on work or time employed, and document heavy which requires 50 - 60 weekly work hours.

Pros

Some of the employees are good people. Work hours are reasonable, and it is discouraged for sales employees to work outside of the scheduled hours to create work/life balance.

Cons

The culture of the company is one of deception and chaos. Management is encouraged to gaslight employees, and fear is the primary motivator. Incentives are grossly over-exaggerated as are the many promises made, few of which will ever come to pass.
