Pros

I can’t think of any pros.

Cons

They would leave all the female staff in the office while the lads went to the pub for the whole afternoon. They were expected to pick up all the slack and just be ok with it. Horrible employer. Avoid.

Pros

- Working with a diverse group of children is very rewarding work. The agency supports you and offers great flexibility

Cons

It can be very draining as it is hard work; it requires a lot of patience.

Pros

Nothing good I can say

Cons

Absolutely awful! Please avoid working here if you want any kind of longterm career progression or a company that cares about you. They have zero interest in retaining staff, I saw 5 different people be fired for ridiculous reasons (I was here for 1 month). It is also an extremely sexist environment where the owner will only hire young girls for compliance and then fire them all within a couple of months. I assume this is some kind of power trip. The men all go to the pub at lunch time leaving the young girls to do all of the work. On top of this you also don’t get sick pay which is a basic human right. Overall just a horrible environment to work in there is not one good thing I can say about this company, all they care about is making money.
