Cons
Desquared operates in the IT sector without even having an IT department! The company’s management lacks prior work experience and is highly inexperienced, and consistently assigns unqualified individuals to managerial roles without the necessary skills or background. They frequently offer short-term contracts of 1 to 3 months, hiring people only for brief periods to benefit from government subsidies — which is why the staff turnover is so high. The actual number of permanent employees is very small compared to the total workforce. Salaries are extremely low, and overtime is not compensated. Teams are understaffed, and the workload is overwhelming. Employees are often expected to take on multiple roles, but there is no real career progression, as there are no senior-level positions at all. The company provides no professional development opportunities — there are absolutely no training programs, workshops, or mentorship initiatives in place. Career growth prospects are essentially nonexistent. Permanent staff members often consider themselves superior to new hires and treat them arrogantly. The CEO is generally rude, does not tolerate differing opinions, and never says “thank you” or “sorry.” He avoids taking responsibility for mistakes. There isn’t even an HR department, as management shows no willingness to address the many issues and complaints raised by employees. The company is a start-up, facing constant uncertainty and frequent changes — unfortunately without the structure or leadership required to manage such instability effectively. Advice: If you're looking for a workplace that offers stability, respect, career development and competent management, you may want to reconsider applying to this company.
