      Pros

      Excellent environment. Innovative company with growth capacity. Everybody is always trying to help, and the chances to grow inside the company are endless.

      Cons

      Still needs to mature as a company. The product team is messy and needs refinement every now and then. But since they are trying to grow, the professionalism is starting to show.
