      Pros

      They will give more opportunities to work in all CAD tools depends on the Load. They will respect every employee.

      Cons

      All day was a delivery day & you have to strech your work for upto 2hrs other then company timings. Appresal was too low, don't know how they will judge the reviews of the employee.
