      Pros

      Knowledge sharing. Great people to work with. Really feel like you can make a difference by participating in discussion and development of company's product. Using newer technology. It's a great fit for me. Also, I have a school-aged child, and management understands work-life balance.

      Nothing yet, and I have worked here for a year now. I am really learning a lot, and I like the people here.

      Friendly CEO, Treats you like family, Biweekly paycheck

      Cons

      From day 1 , they will put you to a task and expect you to deliver. They won’t give you any formal training or knowledge transfer. They keep changing technology every 2 weeks and will never allow you to settle down. Managers are programmers here and they feel very insecure if you come up with new ideas. CEO is a puppet of these managers as he has to reply on them. Manager will keep you busy with some stuff which is not important and will never involve you in any meetings and discussions. They take arrogantly pride of being managers and programmers both and will let you down if you say something against them. I would not recommend this company if you already have decent job.
