      Pros

      The only pro I can think of is not working there anymore!

      Cons

      Terrible management, awful training. They make you pay for an iPad for company use! And when you leave they even take holiday pay from you that you've not even taken!

      Allowed to manage and not micro managed. Good brands being introduced. Excellent skill level in key positions

      Pay wasn't the best Lack of progression
