The worst job training in the industry and incredibly toxic environment. - Finance Specialist Designs For Learning Employee Review

I have been employed at Designs for 7 years and have really grown in my area of expertise. I knew very little about school finance when I started and now have learned so much! The company is very flexible with work schedules and really promotes personal and professional growth. I like that there is no micromanagement -- you know what your duties and tasks are and you just do your work! It's also nice to get to work from home occasionally when the roads are bad in the winter. I believe they truly care about who you are, where you are, and where you'd like to be. Kudos to Designs for Learning!

Other than my long commute, I can't really think of any bad things about working here.

Flexibility Co-Workers are collaborative Purposeful/Meaningful work

The dishonesty, favoritism and manipulation by upper management creates a toxic environment. Questions are either not answered or words are manipulated to make employees look bad. The lack of professionalism and respect of upper management is disheartening. The compensation they offer to professionals is insulting.
