I have stayed at The Designory for 10+ years because the company is continually evolving — into new mediums, new types of creative, new ways to do it. And the company is defined by smart work done by people who care about good ideas executed exceptionally. It's the perfect place for unique folks who think conceptually but can see an idea through in-depth and carefully crafted. Because of that, you're surrounded by great colleagues.
Cons
Doing the work right can mean some long hours. Designory projects are too often understaffed. Culture and company space not enough of a focus. It's a great community of people, but not enough is done to cultivate it and the space they work in.
