Pros

Nothing whatsoever that can be mentioned.

Cons

- During my tenure of 2.3 years, I only got my first salary on time and ever since they did not pay me, or anyone else any salary on time. - Even after leaving the company, my 3 months of salary is still pending - Preferential treatment given to people who adulates top management (disregarding the fact that those people are bringing the company down with no inputs whatsoever) - many top level jobs are being handled by individuals which is responsible for most people quitting their jobs - There is no sense of respect in the top management as they continue to berate and insult people in full public view - They do not let people quit over non payment of salaries - Anyone who quits is branded 'Criminal' and 'Traitor' by the management - If the family members of employees visit to request payment of salaries, they are misbehaved with as well which is outrageous - They would forcibly make people sign 2-3 years of bonds (or at least used to) as they are aware that people would not want to stick around even for that long - You would be expected to remain in office post work hours or you would get to hear that you are not serious with your job. You are not allowed to have any private/personal life. - Even after quitting, they would not give you your academic papers and 'Relieving Letter' easily until you threaten police complaint. - There are people who have left since 1-2 years and yet their salaries are not cleared. - Lot of people have sued the company for salaries.

Pros

If you do not want to work in a professional environment, want to pretend you are working while not doing anything productive and do not want to use your mind or qualifications - work here.

Cons

The company has a bond system where they expect people in this day and age to surrender all their educational documents to the company for a duration of 2-3 years. It is illegal but they get away with it because they hire people who are either in need of a job or do not know better. Salary is always late, do not expect to be paid before the 15th (if you are lucky). People are expected to work for 12- 14 hours every day. They are not paid for overtime. Weekly offs depend on the moods of the management. Some people have to work on sundays too. It is basically not a company but a badly run school. The administrative (Admin+ HR+ Finance, all in one) department is a mess. Do not expect any documentation or support you might need. Do expect to put up with their incompetence because apparently they run the company. Management is still stuck in the 1970s. They hire people for their qualifications and then try to tell them how to do their job. When that does not work, they target the employee. No systems and processes in place. Nobody knows whats happening or what they are supposed to do.
