Pros

Great people Positive, creative culture Can usually work on something really interesting (in between somewhat tedious money projects) Obviously, designers rule to roost here...so it's a good place if you're a good designer...and can also sell Overall a good work/life balance and you're made to feel part of a bigger team

Cons

Can be unnecessarily cheap; e.g., making people buy their own CS or pirating it for the office If you're selling projects there can be a lot of hassle around defining the terms of your bonus and so forth There's a strong history of product design, and many do not truly "get" digital so there can be some significant creative differences depending on what side of the fence you're on

Pros

I've had the pleasure of working at Designit for 3 years, and it has been an incredibly fulfilling experience. The company truly values creativity, collaboration, and personal growth. The leadership team is supportive, and they actively encourage open communication and fresh ideas. The work environment is inclusive, with a real focus on work-life balance. If you're looking for a company that invests in its people, promotes creativity, and gives you the freedom to grow, I highly recommend Designit!

Pros

Smart people, used to be a boutique and really cool, interesting, and fun creative agency.

Cons

Lost its way, pursuing work for the cheapest amount, sacrificing quality, relationships, and integrity with promises to clients.
