- Pay Deduction on late comings, Rain Flood Traffic - No Excuse please - Only One leave per month which will be allowed after completion of 6 months of probation period - No Medical Insurance - Salary payouts after 10 of every month - It's too late - PLI, you always get this half without giving any explanation of deduction - No festival holidays. One holiday on Diwali and one on Holi. Christmas day ON New Year ON.. - One day notice to any employee if they don't like them.. - Check review of reliable e solutions pvt ltd(Parent company) to know how worse they are..
