      Pros

      Fantastic products to be involved in on the sales side. You work alongside lots of friendly co-workers with many of them achieving long service awards - a testament to the company's core value 'working together as a family'.

      Cons

      Office location does not offer free parking as in West London.

      Pros

      Onsite cafe with food and coffee at reasonable prices. Hybrid working model.

      Cons

      Poor communication from upper level management with no clear strategy for growth. The future always felt quite unstable because of archaic and old school mentality. Varying levels of friendliness across departments which made collaborative work to achieve business goals difficult.
