Designers Edge is a nimble, growing company with an nitch in the industry. Working here has been exciting and rewarding. I get to see my work add immediate value. The CEO has high expectations from his team and he takes care of his people. Working at a small company also allows me to learn about various areas of the operation. I also get to take on special projects. Salary is fair compared to the rest of the firms. I love the benefits package. We are also outgrowing our office and moving into a newly renovated modern workspace. Lots of great things are happening here.
Cons
The high expectations amount to long days to meet our deliverables. However, the overtime is an incentive. This company is for hungry, motivated, quick learners. Don't come here expecting 8 hours and a paycheck.
