Pros
There really wasn't any. Anyone who was good to work with left.
Cons
High turn over due to staff being treated poorly. Clients get treated terribly. I trained clients with disabilities and got in trouble as they were completing their work too quickly (I'm a good trainer???) and it would mean they'd lose the money they scammed from their NDIS so I had to "slow down". In an office all day every day alone, being bullied over teams, asked to send photos of the office as some rude woman I'd never met covered a shift for me and said it was dirty?? I'm not a cleaner, it was fine. Absolutely no support. Soooooo unbelievably boring, harrassing people who are mentally ill, financially struggling, disadvantaged to come in for unhelpful, unnecessary appointments. I genuinely just wish I'd of let people not attend and lied and said they did because I really felt for them.
