-Cool stock at a good price, staff discount on pieces -Lovely co-workers who made the office fun -Great entry level role to work within the industry
Cons
-Poorly managed/ lacking cohesive brand vision -Made us physically assist in moving offices - manually packing furniture with no insurance -Moved the office location with zero consideration of staff feeling making most employees commutes minimum 1 hour (yet just a 15 minute drive for most managers) -Stopped paying for heating to save money during the move and lied to staff about it -Often employed manager roles based on likeability rather than relevant skills -No bank holidays
