Pros

There are some lovely people that work here that deserve better.

Cons

Most staff members are unhappy with the management and company and therefore are looking to leave. Certain members of staff and departments are favoured over others while others are micro managed and underpaid. Some departments have a larger budget and seem to get whatever they ask for as approved by the CEO. The job description promises much more than is actually delivered so anyone applying please be aware of this. Most staff members are overworked and underpaid, while being promised pay rises for multiple months and then never getting them due to ‘lack of money’ while other staff members get luxury bags gifted by the company and CEO. This company disguises its poor salaries by offering benefits such as free lunch in the office and massages every 3 months but these benefits don’t matter when people don’t have enough money to get by living in London. The pay disparities across the company are so large with some people being paid massively different salaries while working in the same departments.

Pros

This company has allowed me to grow within a short space of time. Senior management work alongside junior staff members and track your progress allowing progression in the business whenever available.

Cons

Still a small business so not always 9-5. You need to be willing to go above and beyond.

Pros

Only pro is the people who you meet who are nice in the company, which is not many.

Cons

horrible higher management, horrible HR. they would rather support and cover up toxic individuals in the company than care about their employees. Half of the higher management don’t know what they are doing and the jobs fell in their laps, inappropriate and not safe work space for women. shamed for saying no and having an opinion and bullied out of the company by narrow minded management.
