The workers there are fun and energetic. They make you feel very welcomed and are easy to talk to.
Cons
It feels very unorganized and managers just want you to constantly look like you're working even if there's nothing to do. One of the co owners of the store or something is very rude but the owner of the location is very nice.
Awesome manager, awesome team. Good place to learn the in's and out's of retail without the micro managing part. Decent signing bonus. Decent employee discount. Left up to your own devices.
Cons
Didn't believe in the product we were selling. No directive from head office. Sink or swim mentality when it comes to training. No advancement within the company. No pay raises. Just a stagnant environment
