1) Things change constantly with the product while execution. But I guess that's how you finally come up with a brilliant product

The company empowers people to make decisions and own them. There are things that work. Being a startup has its own charms. The team really work together well.

At times too much change happens that could be upsetting but it is more for good I believe.
