      Pros

      Amazing people, caring culture, flexible working, fun, dynamic, never boring, super creative. Really thoughtful about how to retain and keep staff happy. Majority female led organisation and DEI conscious as well as sustainability.

      Cons

      often long hours due to multiple time zones, but flexible working hours are there to accommodate. Very fast paced so not for those who are used to a slow process orientated workspace, you need to think fast, problem solve and be pro active.

      None run away fast as you can.

      Cons

      Prioritising profits over people, employees take kickbacks from vendors yet retain their jobs. There is a lack of processes and NO structure or support, while "leadership" exhibits a deficiency in empathy and morale, resulting in a culture of toxic and unhealthy work environment.
