Pros
DesignMind is a small consulting company with a start-up feel. Currently there are around 40 people and growing quickly, this allows individual have a real say in what the company is doing where the company is going. There is also a very open policy of discussion. Anybody on the team can tap/email any other member with questions/comments and start a dialog.
Cons
With that start-up feel comes the start-up nimbleness (not a con for all people). Consultants can be on 2+ engagements at a time as there is plenty of work to be done.
