7yThank you for taking the time to create a review. While our organization is not perfect we do continuously strive for improvement. We believe that people are the key to the success of DesignGroup Architects and Planners. Our leadership recognize that continuous improvement is not just about the system, or the business but also with them. They are committed to doing the right thing for their employees and started last October going through a 18-month training program to become better manager, communicators, and leaders.
