Positive and Professional Work Environment and Culture. Solid Growth over the past few years. Couple has > tripled in size in 4-5 years. Hiring for multiple new positions. Great Mission to "Protect Those Who Protect Us." Lots of investment in R&D, new technologies and new equipment.

Growing is hard and company is struggling to hire enough people to keep up with the grow. Some of the senior management team are new.

The company has very low-standards, anyone can lay low in the weeds and draw a paycheck. Easy to get overtime as the production floor is very poorly managed. CEO makes up for lack of competence by offering good lunch trunks, pizza, and offering booze at company meetings.

Lack of commonly used safety measures. Detached ownership. Very poor delivery performance, inventory controls are non-existent, and owner takes it out on employees with insults and derogatory behavior instead of addressing the root causes, Parking is inadequate, used for storage of excess materials which are always exposed to environmental conditions. Safety measures and protocols not followed by employees and with concern to internal construction.
