Total lack of leadership and inspiration! - Senior Recruitment Consultant Design & Build Employee Review

There is a serious lack of leadership and inspiration in this business. There is no culture or any aspect that makes working in recruitment fun here! Consultants are treated like children with the radio only allowed to be put on if they are "good" Senior management from the Sydney office do not have people skills and lack any sort of inspiring management skills. Prior to COVID there was no working from home allowed and no trust. Pool tables and xbox really doesn't mean anything if there is no culture and people are too scared to leave their desks! It's such a shame as there are some really good consultants in that business who would thrive with a better culture!
