Amazing projects, hardworking and creative coworkers and leaders. Really enjoyed the office culture; easy-going and collaborative. Entrepreneurial environment, meaning leadership very supportive of new ideas, encouraging and supportive of employee's growth.

Hard work, overtime work, rigorous. Not unlike other top firms. Not necessarily a bad thing.
Almost like each PM/principal has their own firm and autonomy to go after their own work but with the resources of a huge firm, employee owned and good benefits
Cons
Endless learning, high expectations, and constant fear of not being good enough can get draining but it’s balance. PTO allocation is maybe the worst part about the entire firm
