- Pay has been drastically cut, healthcare costs increased - Crucial departments understaffed and no improvement over last 5 years - the same people who handle escalations are overworked and understaffed, do not respond. I submit a special order and 4 days later still no response - We are often left alone to fend for ourselves when it comes to shipping, escalations which leads to clients going to competitors, theres no go to departments for immediate answers when shipments go missing - Leaders come in excited, skype for few weeks, then go very quiet and no significant changes are made and spew idealistic messages - Big pay/bonus discrepancy between frontline employees and executives, we not paid a living wage - Seems company wants to horde cash to buy other companies but not invest in employee pay/development/benefits
