      Pros

      Owners are down to earth and never too busy to help. Employees are very nice, helpful and friendly. Good benefits, good pay, free snacks and drinks, nice atmosphere, company picnics, end of the year celebration, and ticket giveaways for various events.

      Cons

      Lazy receptionist. Not very helpful always on her cellphone.

      Pros

      All designers have collaborative habits and dynamic. The environment is extremely welcoming. There is plenty of work to go around. Not all work is the same.

      Cons

      Large jobs can have tedious repetitive tasks. Coordination with contractors and architects can interfere with work productivity.
