All designers have collaborative habits and dynamic. The environment is extremely welcoming. There is plenty of work to go around. Not all work is the same.

Large jobs can have tedious repetitive tasks. Coordination with contractors and architects can interfere with work productivity.

I love the culture of Design West and consistently feel valued for my contributions to the company.

There are always small things but overall I can't think of any.
