      Bond for employees. Treated like slaves. They collected Rs.30000 for relieving and giving back my certificates, even though the company asked me to leave. Note I got hike for my high performance a month before.

      Direct contact with client. Can learn more, u can travel more

      Cons

      Payment is less, timings are not followed after office hours. We should stay to complete the work at no cost
