Not much to do in s small town

The people are great to work with. Design Team makes good quality signs along with all sorts of other products.

There is no consistency at DTSC. All programs are handled differently, some people have too much on their plate while others don't have enough. The Owner also acts like a salesman but makes the project managers quote all of his jobs while he collects the commission. Some project managers have to sell and PM while others just PM or just sale. No consistency, and the pay isn't very good for a college educated person.
