Not a good place to work - Intern Architect Design Synthesis + Architecture Employee Review

No appraisal, overtime , overloading, no time management

Absolutely none. Not Kidding. I can't think of a single pro.

* Everything about this place is terrible. * No pay. ( you will be promised a stipend though ) No perks. * No appreciation. Work your prostitute, and you shall be given more work and zilch appreciation * No computers in office. bring your own. The chief architect is a cheap stake. * No drinking water in office. You need to bring your own. Did i mention that the chief architect is a free loading cheap stake with a skewed moral compass? * Oh, but there are 4 security cameras in a studio space that is not more than 300 sq feet. You will be monitored every single moment. Stretch your back or crack a crick and you will receive a summon to be reprimanded or to be given more work. * Very very strict about when you come into office. When they let you leave is a completely different matter. * They use pirated softwares. Are you even surprised? * There is no receptionist and no office boy. The interns are honored with those roles. * While I was interning there, there was only 1 junior architect and there were 6 interns. The place runs on unsuspecting interns who will be thoroughly exploited
