Pros

-The nicest group of people you'll ever meet. Seems every one leaves their ego's at home to make this work space incredibly enjoyable. Every meeting is full of jokes and is rarely ever completely serious. Really enjoyable. -Under most circumstances you have a great amount of flexibility with your schedule. -Work from home

Cons

-A lot of fast paced work. Never have enough time needed to complete projects properly. -High turnover, with sometimes positions going unfilled for months leaving the rest of the team to pick up the work. -Low compensation compared to local averages (probably what leaves to the high turnover). -Incredibly outdated and honestly laughable paid time off structure. I have friends who have just started out at the local gas station as a cashier who get more paid time off than people who've worked here for 5-10 year's get.

Pros

This is a great place to work. The executives care about their people. The projects are interesting, challenging, and meaningful. You have freedom to pursue work that matters to you.

Cons

This could be a pro or con depending on what you are looking for as a data scientist, but you need to be flexible enough to work on multiple diverse projects simultaneously and win proposals of your own.
