Pros

-the ONLY good thing I can say about this company is that there were good mentors/other PMs at the company that helped me. Otherwise I would've lost my mind (Silvia was a great mentor there)

Cons

-I worked 40 hours in the 3 months I worked at the company when I was supposed to be full time -SEVERE lack of communication (they dodged my messages/emails asking for additional work) -the contract said I would be in "training hours" (half the pay) until I learned and they promised it would take only a month but they continued to drag it along for 3 months while ignoring me and not giving me projects -they cut my weekly training short because they "ran out of budget" therefore with no projects I had 0 hours for WEEKS -management dodged communication with me for weeks as I begged them for training, hours, projects and they refused to message me back - finally after 3 months with barely any hours, they cut my contract short and told me my last day was 10/31 (I was supposed to have a year contract but with barely any hours what's the point! -This company is EXTREMELY unprofessional, has an extreme lack of communication, and hires people not knowing what they'll be doing (they hired 4 people at the same time as me and at least 2 other people had the same issue as me)

Pros

Co-workers were really nice and helpful.

Cons

Training was extremely rushed and the onboarding process was very messy. I quit after 2 weeks, CEO was very nice during the interview process then every subsequent call was unpleasant. In general, management have an issue with talking down to people, not very helpful or accommodating. CEO definitely has some temper issues and has no problem taking it out on new hires during calls or even on the communication channel. Other management were more pleasant but definitely condescending. They will take advantage of someone looking for a remote job.
