Pros

Good product. Great product development teams.

Cons

Mind reading expected. Zero communication. Training is non-existent. Systems are outdated and no one knows how to use them. Firing is first course of action should management not like an employee. High turnover. Management monitors when employees scan their key cards and come and go from the building. No trust. No work from home. Terrible benefits — raised out of pocket maximum from $500 to $2,000 half way through the year. 401K is a joke with next to no participation. Fear based company. No HR department. Zero processes or forms. No one knows who anyone is in the building because of high turnover and lack of people working together. Definitely on your own! No team.

Cons

• High expectations paired with very low compensation • No 401k until after your first full year of employment • Constant budget cuts • Lack of professionalism across leadership • Rampant favoritism • Lack of consistency — expectations and priorities change regularly without clear communication • Little to no support from management • Required to be in the office four days a week • Poor office hygiene — bathrooms often dirty and poorly maintained One of the biggest issues during my time here was management behavior. I worked under a manager who was openly rude and condescending, made inappropriate jokes, and gossiped negatively about both coworkers and people outside of work. She once made an offhand, offensive comment about an IT team member being on the spectrum. Despite claiming she wanted the office to feel “inclusive and fun,” her behavior routinely made people uncomfortable — something she even admitted to jokingly. Unfortunately, there’s no formal HR department to escalate concerns to, so accountability is essentially nonexistent.
