      -high turnover rate ( colleagues leaving annually) -despite the heavy workload and lack of architects/team leads, everyone's salary averaging at 3-4k per month

      -Workplace is designed comfortably -Friendly staff,

      Cons

      -As of now, DCA has lost almost half or more of their seniors in the past year. Turnover rate high. Company is filled with freshies -Too much workload, continuation of work without previous project manager's guidance can be hard. -No training provided -Company is trying to cut cost. ;)
