Most colleagues are the reason for being alive.
Cons
Management do not listen. They only expect you to listen and say yes to everything. Huge red flag when they say they have are like family and company has a great culture. Thats only with colleagues who care. Forget about having any growth. Non existence. Nice and fancy titles but they pay you pathetically but to a few roles at the same time.
