Employee welfare is great including extra off days on eve of PH. Bosses are flexible and no toxic environment. Great work life balance.

Companies keep changing direction and there is no decision maker. Promised employees many things but never fulfilled. Can demote people out of the blues with no prior communication.

- Conducive, neat and clean environment - Mostly wonderful colleagues - Very well stocked pantry - Regular company paid lunches and gatherings

- Benefits not comparable to MNC - Poor business outlook - Stagnant salary and/or no variable bonus if company fails to perform - Euro based company but local management mindset - Management set a standard list of rules but sometimes don't follow themselves. - From above points, this could have led to high turnover rate (allegedly)
