My experience at DesignByHumans was something left to be desired. I started as the social media coordinator and it was great at first, but it soon turned out to be a toxic work environment. First off, I never received my 90-day review even after being there for 8 months. Second, I took over various marketing tasks that needed to be completed such as affiliate marketing, all graphic design, email marketing campaigns, and customer service without any raise or promotion after being communicated I was in line for one for over three months. Third and most importantly, the rude remarks and comments made by upper management were frustrating. It felt as if I couldn't ask for help and If I did ask, I was met with hostility and questions as responses that made me feel stupid for even asking.
