      Pros

      The engineering talent here is strong, and the actual technical work is interesting and challenging. Coworkers are capable and easy to collaborate with, and the projects are diverse enough to stay engaging.

      Cons

      Leadership is not aligned, and it shows. Direction changes with little warning, decisions are not communicated clearly, and different leaders will give conflicting answers about roles and expectations. This creates instability that makes it difficult to plan or grow long term. The issues are not with the engineering team but with how leadership interacts and makes decisions.

      Pros

      Best company I’ve worked for in my career. DESHAZO in whole is a vary understanding company when it comes to there employees needs. They have one of the best training programs I’ve ever been in. All there benefits and outlooks are what’s best for there employees and customers. I would recommend a position with DeShazo to anyone who likes to work in the crane industry.

      Guaranteed 40 hours a week

      Cons

      Becuase of how they work the guaranteed 40 hours if you want to get paid you basically have no life. Waiting for them to call.
