Pros
I have been working here for over 2 years. I have moved up in salary, and responsibility. The culture is that if you take of of the customer and work independently to get that done, you are recognized and rewarded. it is as much freedom as you want. That is great for someone who wants to work up the ladder. The software is powerful, but the customers lean on us more than I was used to. I had 4 weeks of training. I can guess the name of several of these bad reviews. They came here claiming skills they did not have, and they got exposed quickly that they could not do the job. Glad we lost them. I was not great at SQL, and the COO has taught me a ton. The CFO is sharp. The CEO is very approachable, but have your thoughts together. They just threw the best holiday party I have seen to celebrate their great year. You dont see that anymore.
Cons
The software is massive and the developers are always adding more. It is not possible to learn it all. The employees who have been here for years are the reference library. The knowledgebase is huge. A corporate trainer would be a big help.
