Pros
Very nice people! Community-involved and minded. Good corporate history and stable company. There are real issues, but not in every department. I think some areas are good, fun places to work.
Cons
People here are grown here, so you will experience very unprofessional behavior, because it has been accepted here, and HR is one of the worst places in the company to work. Be careful if you are a seasoned employee and they hire you. It is not to grow you but to learn from your expertise and grow others. You won't be told that and you won't be renumerated for it. You will help others all day, then work nights and weekends to do your work. It is frustrating to know more than your peers and manager. It would be okay if you knew that going in. While people are nice to your face, they are passive aggressive, cliquish, gossipy, and retalitory, etc. In 20+ years of work, I have never seen anything like it! They fire at a drop of a hat and for little of nothing.
