Great to learn about project Management (stay here for 1-2 years and then leave for better opportunity, unless you are lazy and incompetent then stay here and get involve in politics)

Pros

Great only if you want to be a planning engineer to manager planning and cost control only planning department in this organisation has hold none other department has any major hold in its working

Cons

Very low salaries at each level, job insecurity, lot of politics, very low annual increment to most management employees, at sites they offer you free accommodation only rest you have to pay your monthly mess bill and in head office when anybody even outside the lahore came he has to arrange his accommodation on rent, constantly changing policies
